Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides.
148 x 210mm is a UK A5
210 x 297mm is a UK A4
297 x 420mm is a UK A3
420 x 594mm is a UK A2
594 x 841mm is a UK A1
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
Processing Times
What are the processing times prior to shipping?
1-2 business days: A5, A4, & A3 prints, cards, stickers, gift wrap, gift tags, jigsaws, postcards.
3-4 business days: A2 & A1 giclee prints.
Please note my shop will be shut between 16th December- January 9th for Christmas. Orders placed during this time will be sent out when I return.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We send all UK orders via royal mail first class post unless stated otherwise. International orders are sent via standard royal mail post.
Shipping method.
UK: Royal Mail First Class (1-2 business days)
Europe: Royal Mail Standard (3-5 business days)
Rest of the world: Royal Mail Standard (5-7 business days)

Returns.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
- The Goods are in the original packaging.
- The Goods were not used or damaged.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
International Customs Tax.
International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs so please take that into consideration when ordering overseas.
Exchanges.
Exchanges are not accepted at this time unless item arrives damaged.
Framing
Is a frame included with an art print?
The frame isn't included but if you'd like any frame recommendations please get in touch or check out my post on where I buy my frames here.
Finish
Does the art print have a matte or glossy finish?
Sizes A5, A4, and A3 are printed onto 189gsm matte fine art archival paper.
Sizes A2 and A1 are giclee prints printed by an external printing company onto matte hahnemühle German etching paper, 310gsm.
Custom Requests
Do you accept custom size requests?
Yes please do get in touch with your requirements (additional fee may apply).
Can I commission you to draw something for me?
Please check my commissions page here to see if there are any slots available for custom orders.
